Your Riding Experience Can Help Improve Safety
The Mantis Motion Labs Rider Safety Survey is designed to collect real-world feedback from people who use e-bikes, e-scooters, bicycles, and other micro-mobility devices.
Every rider has a different experience. Some ride for transportation. Some ride for delivery work. Some ride for recreation. Some ride only occasionally. But each rider sees something valuable from the road — the hazards, the blind spots, the close calls, the equipment problems, and the moments where better safety tools could make a difference.
Why We Ask
Mantis Motion Labs uses rider feedback to better understand the safety challenges that affect micro-mobility users. We want to learn where riders feel most exposed, what conditions create the most risk, and what kinds of solutions riders believe would help.
Your responses can help guide future research, safety content, product concepts, and awareness tools focused on rider protection.
What the Survey Covers
The survey may ask about your riding habits, road conditions, visibility concerns, near misses, crashes, helmet use, delivery pressure, rear awareness, rider confidence, and the safety features you would like to see in future products.
The goal is not to judge how people ride. The goal is to understand what riders actually experience.
Who Should Take the Survey
This survey is for anyone who rides or has ridden an e-bike, e-scooter, bicycle, moped-style electric device, or similar form of micro-mobility.
You do not need to be an expert rider. Occasional riders, daily commuters, students, recreational riders, delivery workers, and safety advocates are all encouraged to participate.
